Thermomesh Encapsulated Heat Panels for Gloves, Mitts, Jackets and Bodywarmers

Product Description: Thermomesh polymer panels, encapsulated into a cotton, polyester, nylon or breathable hydrophilic envelope, complete with conductive braiding and DC socket or Stud Snap style connector. Can be ordered as components or as systems, complete with Li-Ion batteries and chargers.
Function: Panel is inserted into a jacket, bodywarmer, glove or mitt of either standard of custom design. The connector attaches to a Li-Ion battery to provide up to 3 hours of constant warmth. Considered suitable for the best rated men's and women's Li-Ion & AA Battery Heated Gloves.

Temperature Range: Specific temperature requirements can be addressed for volume users between parameters of 30°C and 50°C.
Power Source Options:
- Li-Ion 14.8V Rechargeable Battery* (500 cycles).
- AC/DC 12V Wall Power Adaptor.
- Cigar Lighter Adaptor.
Please note: Charging for Power Source Option (1) is via a Li-Ion Charger. The battery will take 3 hours to charge fully and will provide up to 3 hours of continuous heat.

Switching System Options: Should this be a requirement, EXO² can offer three options:
- A slide switch fitted to the battery case.
- An in-line 'clicker action' switch.
- A fabric switch.
The latter will facilitate a half-power option providing up to six hours of continuous warmth at lower ambient temperatures.
